GDSLAB Software • GDSLAB version = e.g. “GDSLABv2024 11.17” • Station Configuration file - .gsc file which describes your test/hardware/transducer setup • Test Datastore files – test data files illustrating the issue. This comprises a .gtc test datastore file and the linked .gtr binary raw data file. The .gtr file may be quite large and if over 20MB this may need to be transferred using a service such as WeTransfer • Any screenshots showing the reported issue(s) or Error Messages • A detailed description of your issue • OS – E.g. Windows 10, 11, XP, 7 etc. • GDSLAB Archive file – for more complex issues we may also require a GDSLAB Debug Archive file, instructions for generating this can be located on our website
